Ultimate Pig Feeder

PROJECT REQUIREMENT
This project required a large outdoor feeder with the ability to hold approximate amount of feed required daily inside the top hopper, and to have the access for 16 pigs per feeder.
SOLUTION PROVIDED
Advantage Plastics worked alongside Stonewall farms to design a customized solution by manufacturing a new mould for the polyethylene cone shaped feeder itself, to specifications required. We utilized our existing 280L hopper, customized it to meet capacity requirements and with the added ability for the lid to be operated from the ground and with steel sections around the base of the feeder for 16 access ways.
