PROJECT REQUIREMENT
This project required a number of certified designed storage hoppers with a SWL of 2000kg per unit, for a range of raw materials (sands, cements etc) for easier weighing out of batches, handling & storage. Framing also had to be at a set ground clearance for equipment to fit underneath but at a workable level.

SOLUTION PROVIDED
Advantage Plastics worked alongside Specialized Construction Products & Calibre (design engineers) to produce a customized design of the 2000L Smart Stakka. These were designed with extended fixed legs and additional bracing to meet the correct ground clearance and the SWL of 2000kg required. Also range of standard additional extras (side handle system & longer clip on shute) were also added to make it even easier for the operator.
These hoppers will give them a number of benefits - Efficiency, tidier workspace, decrease production time and physical health benefits.
