Mixing/Dissolving Tank

PROJECT REQUIREMENT
An easy, cleaner, faster and efficient way to self mix fertilizer yourself on farm, as many have be doing this with flat bottom tanks and run into a lot of problems which include build up of solids in the base, not being able to clean the tank completely out and not getting enough swirl for mixing/dissolving.
SOLUTION PROVIDED
With the continued enquiry’s if we have something available for this application we decided to take the plunge and customize our SS4.0 Smart Silo into a mixing/dissolving tank as this will vastly improve in everyway with the cone bottom design compared to flat bottom.
Customization included:
- A self loading hatch design near end of tank for easier access & loading height.
- 2" Inlet & Outlet fittings for filling, mixing & recirculating.
- 3" base outlet fitting for complete discharge/cleaning out.
- Tank strengthening to handle heavier product.
